Pūtāḍi Śiva temple is located 18 km north-west of Sulthan Batheri on Panamaram – Nadavayal – Beenachi road. There are two śrīkōvils; of Śiva (circular) and Vishṇu (square) though the importance is for Śiva. The temple structures present a very simple form with minimal decorations. The pranāḷa of the Śiva shrine being balanced by a female figurine is an uncommon feature.
